Mark your calendars: the Canadian Association of Research-based Pharmaceutical Companies, Rx&D will be visiting us on December 9th, 2014 at 9H30. Guests from the organization will come to answer in detail YOUR questions. The BMIGSA will collect questions from all students of the Faculty about the pharmaceutical industry, the evolution and challenges of R&D in the private sector and career opportunities in Canada.
Send the questions you would like to see addressed by Rx&D during their presentation to firstname.lastname@example.org with the title “Canada’s Phamaceutical Industry, Questions and Answers” before November 7.
Rx&D is the association of leading research-based pharmaceutical companies dedicated to improving the health of Canadians through the discovery and development of new medicines and vaccines. It advocates for policies bringing innovative therapeutics to Canadians and make Canada a world leader in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.
This is a great occasion to ask what you want about the pharmaceutical industry in Canada. Keep in mind however that the organization is not a recruiting agency nor a pharmaceutical business itself.
You are all invited to the Dean’s Pub Night! It is a great opportunity to meet and talk to the dean in an informal setting.
RSVP at email@example.com
When: Thursday, October 9
5:00 – 7:00 pm
Where: Liam Maguires (1705 St Laurent Blvd)
